Wilted Napa Cabbage salad


  • Dressing
  • Maple syrup
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Dijon mustard
  • Olive oil


Napa Cabbage chopped into 1” slices. I generally do not use the top of the cabbage but like the crisp stalk with a little bit of the leaves.

I always make the dressing to taste. I never measure. I would say 1 part olive oil 1 to 2 parts balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard and a few tablespoons maple syrup. Make adjustments as needed to meet your liking. Pour dressing over cabbage and let sit for 15 minutes.
