Ravioli in Butter (or olive oil) Sage sauce


  • 1 large package ravioli
  • ½ cup butter (1 stick) or olive oil
  • 1/8- ¼ cup fresh chopped sage
  • ¼ cup toasted pine nuts
  • ½ cup grated asiago cheese


Lightly sautéed veggies from your box light spinach, torpedo onions garlic a little salt and pepper, broccoli etc.

Boil the ravioli according to package instructions. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small sauce pan over low heat. Add chopped sage. Drain ravioli, return to pot and stir in butter sage sauce. Add sautéed veggies of your choice and top with pine nuts and asiago cheese
