- 5 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 lbs young zucchini, trimmed and cut into ¼-inch rounds
- ½ cup chopped dill
- Juice of one lemon
- Kosher salt to taste
Serves six to eight as a side dish
Heat the butter in a 12inch sauté pan. Add the zucchini, dill and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until the zucchini is cooked but still slightly crisp. Add salt to taste.
