- 1 bunch de-stemmed kale leaves, roughly chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Splash of red or white wine vinegar
- Spoonful of honey or maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Place large sauté pan over medium heat. Add olive oil and kale. Stir until kale is lightly coated in oil. Cover until slightly wilted. Add honey and stir. Add vinegar and immediately cover to steam kale. Heat kale until significantly reduced and soft. Salt and pepper to taste.
