- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt- we use soy sauce or tamari instead of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (Optional)
Great for steamed veggies including kale and broccoli and delicious on raw salads. We have been enjoying the lemon tahini dressing with almost every dinner this fall ( including my 2 year old).
Mix together and serve
