- A handful of different herbs, chopped (try mixing different blends for different flavors)
- A few cloves of garlic, chopped
- ½ c. olive oil
- A squeezed lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Either chop herbs and garlic finely and add them to the oil and lemon juice, or add them with your liquid ingredients to an immersion blender. Adjust to taste. It’s a wonderful addition to greens or roughage salads, pastas, meats — you name it. We like to grab handfuls of different herbs from our gardens, and combine them to make this dressing.
